A VERY FLAT INCOME TAX
It appears most sensible to me that we must make evolutionary, not revolutionary, changes to our current disfunctional tax system.
I base my proposed very Flat Income Tax on the currently proposed H.R. 1040 (S. 173 in the last Congress), but would make at least several significant improvements to it, primarily, a 10% tax rate and no deductions or personal exemptions.

I hope that when you absorb the materials on this site, you will agree with my assessment and contact your Congressional representatives to ask them to support the Flat Income Tax, H.R. 1040, but with the changes that I recommend, i.e., a 10% tax rate and no deductions or personal exemptions.
